The hands behind The Ultimo Method .
Two board-certified plastic surgeons, one standard of care — anatomy first, results that look like you.
dr. Enrina Diah Sp.BP-RE, KKF
dr. Enrina Diah, Sp.BP-RE, KKF is the founder and lead surgeon of Ultimo Clinic—a board-certified plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgeon, a top graduate of the University of Indonesia Faculty of Medicine, and an accredited teaching staff member at her alma mater. She deepened her expertise through craniofacial fellowships in Taiwan, Thailand, and Switzerland, and an Advanced Aesthetic Surgery subspecialty from the Indonesian College of Plastic Surgery. For over two decades, she has studied the anatomy of the face and body down to its deepest layers—a command that underpins every procedure she performs.
This command of anatomy is what makes dr. Enrina one of the most trusted names in facial surgery in Indonesia. Since 2014, she was the first surgeon in Indonesia to adopt the Deep Plane Face & Neck Lift, and has continued to refine it ever since. Her expertise also spans the High Definition Tummy Tuck—creating an abdominal contour with a beautifully defined silhouette—and natural, long-lasting breast surgery.
Her craniofacial training did more than build technical skill—it shaped how dr. Enrina understands facial beauty itself: as a matter of proportion and structure beneath the surface. That understanding has guided her entire career. To this day, she continues to study and refine the deep plane technique, always looking for ways to improve the result for each individual patient.

dr. Enrina’s philosophy is simple but demanding: plastic surgery is not about turning someone into a different person, but restoring the best version of themselves. That is only possible when the surgeon truly understands anatomy—and is willing to work on the deeper layers, not just the surface.
Her guiding principle is one thing: give every patient our very best—and treat each one as a patient for life.
“I never want my patients to look ‘operated on’. I want them to look like themselves on their best days—and to feel that way every time they catch their reflection.”
dr. Grace Boaz Sp.BP-RE
dr. Grace Boaz, Sp.BP-RE is a plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgeon at Ultimo Clinic. She earned her medical degree at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Brawijaya (graduating in 2006), and completed her specialization in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at the University of Indonesia in 2014. Alongside dr. Enrina, she ensures every patient—for facial or body procedures alike—is cared for by a specialist, from consultation through recovery.
dr. Grace’s path to surgery began with strong encouragement from her mother. In medical school, she discovered a natural affinity for hands-on care—and, recognizing her precise and capable motor skills, felt a powerful calling toward the surgical arts and the demanding field of plastic surgery.
Committed to staying at the forefront of global medical innovation, dr. Grace expanded her expertise through specialized international training and observerships at some of the world’s leading aesthetic and medical hubs:
- Taiwan — Advanced Plastic Surgery Training — mastering complex reconstructive and intricate aesthetic techniques.
- South Korea — Intensive training in cutting-edge East Asian aesthetic trends, advanced facial rejuvenation, and highly meticulous surgical protocols.
- Singapore — Surgical cadaveric dissection training — refining her anatomical precision, surgical accuracy, and patient-safety protocols.
An active member of the Indonesian Association of Plastic Surgeons (PERAPI), dr. Grace approaches plastic surgery as far more than vanity. To her, the discipline is an essential blend of aesthetic refinement and life-changing procedures—from body contouring and facial adjustments to female intimate surgery and male plastic surgery. By precisely restoring physical form, she aims to elevate her patients’ psychological well-being and overall quality of life.
Driven by an unwavering commitment to safety and data-backed medicine, dr. Grace believes every clinical technology and aesthetic product must be anchored by rigorous clinical study and transparent, clear benefit. For her, a truly successful treatment is one where clinical evidence, safety, and a careful balance of benefit and risk align to deliver the optimal outcome for the patient.
